Ingredients:-
2 cups Split Green gram
1 cup Split Bengal gram
1 cup Split Black gram
1 cup Ghee
2 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
Almonds and pistachios, chopped
Method:-
- Roast the grams and grind them to a fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a wok until it melts and roast this powder in it until a paste is formed.
- Cool down to room temperature and add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios to it.
- Mix thoroughly and make ladoos with bare hands.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Mixed Dal Ladoos are ready to eat!
